What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your initial evaluation is 90 minutes—entirely 1:1 with Dr. Davida. She'll conduct a thorough whole-body assessment, review your history (including old injuries and movement patterns far beyond your primary complaint), and build a personalized care plan based on your specific goals. You'll leave your first appointment with a clear understanding of what's going on and exactly what to do about it.
Do I have to be pregnant or postpartum to come to VT Moms PT?
Not at all. While we specialize in pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum care, we provide orthopedic physical therapy for all moms—regardless of where you are in your motherhood journey. Back pain, knee pain, ankle injuries, shoulder issues, and more are all treated here.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! Remote consultations are available for moms anywhere. Virtual sessions are ideal for follow-ups, exercise coaching, and ongoing support when coming into the clinic isn't possible. Several of our patients have completed a significant portion of their care virtually with great results.
